Bell Lane
Street guide, Stubbington
Bell Lane runs south from the village centre junction, connecting Stubbington Lane to the residential streets south of the village. Named after the Bell Inn which formerly stood at the junction, Bell Lane retains a sense of its older village character near the top, where it passes Holy Rood Church and the village green. Further south, the road becomes more suburban in feel, with residential development on both sides. The lane provides access to several of the village's residential closes and cul-de-sacs. Its position at the heart of the village makes it one of the most recognisable Stubbington addresses.
